A woman was taken into custody for pouring boiling water on her spouse as a result of him neglecting to invite her to his friend's wedding in Lagos.
Oluwabukola Dorcas Takunbe, a woman, is currently being held at the Meiran police station in Lagos after she severely burned her husband with boiling water.
Numerous reports on X indicate that the husband had attended a childhood friend's wedding without his wife, which greatly angered Oluwabukola.

During an argument, she poured the scalding water on him and even threatened to harm his genitals.

As a result, the victim was promptly taken to the hospital and is currently experiencing intense pain, while Oluwabukola has been apprehended by the authorities.
