 Nemanja Matic, the former player of Chelsea and Manchester United, shares his firsthand experience with both clubs and sheds light on the contrasting behaviors of the players. He draws a comparison between the two teams, highlighting the professionalism of Chelsea players who were always punctual for training sessions.

 On the other hand, Manchester United players had a tendency to arrive late consistently, leading Matic to establish an internal disciplinary committee.

 Furthermore, the Serbian midfielder delves into the behaviors of certain Manchester United players such as Jadon Sancho, Paul Pogba, and others, who displayed unprofessional conduct and lacked the necessary discipline. 

 He said, “At Chelsea all the players acted professionally, they were punctual and were never late for training but at Manchester United, it happened almost every day.Among the players who would always be late were Paul Pogba, Jadon Sancho & a couple of other players”.

 He further explained, “The rest of us who were always on time were angry so we decided to form a kind of an internal disciplinary committee with me serving as its president”.
