Zimbabwe President generously gifted 54 bicycles to village heads as christmas gift.

Zimbabwean President, Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa, generously gifted 54 bicycles to village heads in Zvishavane as a Christmas present.

In addition, the First Lady of the country, Amai Auxillia Mnangagwa, provided Christmas hampers to the wives of the Village Heads who attended the event. The Zimbabwean Ministry of Information, Publicity, and Broadcasting announced this on their official X handle.

According to the post, President Mnangagwa donated the bicycles to Chief Mapanzure at Lundi Primary School in Zvishavane. These bicycles will then be distributed among the village heads.

However, some Zimbabweans expressed their dissatisfaction with this news, considering it an embarrassment for the country.

One user, SinatraGunda, criticized the decision, questioned, "Remove this, it's embarrassing. 54 bicycles and the cost of sending your Entourage there. Do you guys even do a cost-benefit analysis?"

Another user, Village_idiot7, sarcastically commented,"So next year you will buy ma VX for yourselves and you will claim kuti munhu wese akawana chekufambisa!"

SimonTshuma1 expressed disappointment saying,"In this age still distributing bicycles. Am sure the President can afford ma Honda Fit for every Village in the country."

Meekystoredaily simply urged others, "Gather here and see news on the Ministry handle."
