   Tragedy struck when a fatal helicopter crash claimed the lives of Access Holdings CEO, Herbert Wigwe, his wife, and four others. The devastating incident occurred near Boulder City, between Nevada and California, around 10pm on Friday. Reports from the police indicate that they had taken off from Palm Springs airport at 8:45 pm, en route to Las Vegas. However, fate had a different plan, and the accident occurred before they could reach their destination.

The CEO, accompanied by his wife Chizoba, their son, and the group chairman of the Nigeria Export Group, Abimbola Ogunbajo, were all on board the ill-fated helicopter. Sadly, there were no survivors as the crash claimed their lives instantly.

Herbert Wigwe, a remarkable leader at the age of 57, had been the CEO and managing director of Access Bank Holdings, succeeding his business partner Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede. This tragic incident has left a void in the business world and a profound loss for their loved ones.
