After the just conducted election in n Kogi state, Ododo appreciates Kogi voters.

 

After the successful off-cycle election in Kogi State, Governor-elect Usman Ododo has taken the opportunity to express his gratitude towards the people of the state for their unwavering support. 

In a heartfelt statement accompanied by photos that were shared on his official X handle on November 14, Governor-elect Ododo conveyed his appreciation to the beloved people of Kogi State for their immense love and support. 

He further expressed his humility and thanked them sincerely. Governor-elect Ododo also extended his blessings to Kogi State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria. It is worth mentioning that Usman Ododo emerged victorious in the election as the All Progressives Congress Governorship candidate, having secured a total of 446,237 votes. 

His closest competitor, Murtala Ajaka of the Social Democratic Party, obtained 259,052 votes, whereas Dino Melaye of the Peoples Democratic Party gathered 46,362 votes.
