Forner Emir of Kano, El-Rufai, Visit Kaduna community bombed by Army.

Former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, and the 14th Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, demonstrated their compassion and empathy by visiting the devastated community of Tudun Biri in Kaduna.
