Nollywood Actress, Iyabo Ojo files a counter suit against Nigerian singer, Naira Marley, seeking 1 billion naira as compensation for damages.

  A renowned actress, Iyabo Ojo, has taken legal action against Naira Marley by filing a counter lawsuit for the sum of 1 billion naira. This comes after Naira Marley had previously sued her for 500 million naira.

 The initial lawsuit was a result of remarks made by Iyabo Ojo regarding Naira Marley's alleged involvement in the death of Mohbad. 

However, Iyabo Ojo has now spoken out against Naira Marley's decision to go public with the lawsuit instead of contacting her directly. She believes that this move was made to intentionally damage her reputation. 

Furthermore, she expresses her dissatisfaction with the fact that the lawsuit became public knowledge before she was even aware of it, which she considers to be unlawful.
