"We will not dismiss a policeman for picking money on the floor" — FPRO

   The officers from the Nigeria Police Force who were captured on video picking up money at Benin airport will not face dismissal.

  According to the spokesperson, Olumuyiwa Adejobi. This statement was made in response to concerns raised by some Nigerians who feared that these officers might lose their jobs. 

  Adejobi clarified that although the officers may receive a lecture on refraining from such actions, they will not be dismissed as this is considered a less serious offense. 

  In an Instagram post, Adejobi stated, "We will not dismiss a policeman for picking up such money; we can only advise him not to do so again, as it diminishes his position."
