Japan plane caught fire at Tokyo airport.

A Japan Airlines aircraft caught fire at Tokyo's Haneda Airport after a possible collision with a coast guard plane, according to reports from television broadcasters. The footage showed the plane moving along the runway before an explosion of flames erupted from beneath and behind it.

All 367 passengers on board the Airbus were safely evacuated. The cause of the incident is still unknown, but it is believed that the Airbus collided with a Coast Guard aircraft.

The plane had just arrived from Sapporo airport in Hokkaido. Authorities at Haneda Airport are currently investigating the details of the incident. The television footage displayed flames coming out of windows and the plane's nose on the ground, while rescue workers sprayed it with water.

There was also burning debris on the runway. Over 70 fire engines were deployed to the scene. It is important to note that Japan has not experienced a major commercial aviation accident in many years. The worst accident in the country's history occurred in 1985, when a JAL jumbo jet crashed in the Gunma region, resulting in the loss of 520 lives.

This incident remains one of the deadliest single-flight plane crashes in the world.
