Lionel Messi residence in Florida, worth $10m has been revealed
Lionel Messi's opulent residence in Florida has been unveiled through recently released images, shedding light on the luxurious lifestyle of the World Cup champion.
Following his move to David Beckham's Inter Miami Major League Soccer team, Messi, who signed a lucrative two-and-a-half-year contract worth $50-60 million per season, relocated to Florida during the summer.
Initially residing in a $9 million apartment near the renowned 'golden beach', Messi and his wife Antonella purchased a sprawling estate in Fort Lauderdale for $10.75 million in September. This lavish property boasts ten bedrooms, a spa room, two boat docks, and an impressive swimming pool. Situated within the gated community at Bay Colony, a floating neighborhood north of Fort Lauderdale, the 10,500 square-foot abode is conveniently located just off the beachfront and a short 15-minute drive from Inter Miami's DRV PNK Stadium and training base.
The house features an Italian kitchen, a fitness and spa room, a VIP suite, and a balcony that offers breathtaking views of the Fort Lauderdale skyline. Messi, who is currently enjoying his offseason, enlisted the assistance of Team Simpkin, a company that has been helping MLS players purchase properties since its establishment in 2018, to acquire this property.
Additionally, it is reported that Messi purchased an apartment in the Porsche Design Tower in Miami in 2019. This tower provides exclusive car lifts for residents, allowing them to park their vehicles in their private suites.
Alongside these amenities, Messi's remarkable home includes a private cinema and entertainment area equipped with golf and racing simulators, providing ideal leisure opportunities for his family.
